Shipping policy

 

We Ship Worldwide! Shipping costs are added at checkout.

in the UK & EUROPE we use: Royal Mail & DPD.
in USA: USPS & DPD.
in the rest of the world: Royal Mail & Local partners in your country.

You will receive an e-mail notification when your orders are shipped, which will also include the tracking number if applicable.

If an order is too large/too heavy for Royal Mail then we will send this via courier (usually DPD). You will receive a separate e-mail and associated tracking number if we ship via courier.

Please note some items may ship separately - We cover this cost, but please don't be alarmed if you receive them separately or have one item arrive before others, this is so we can get items out to you as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred when shipping internationally.

SHIPPING TIME

We aim to dispatch all items within 7 business days of purchase but during certain months this may be delayed due to dispatch schedules.

Shipping times are given as a guide but not guaranteed.

UK: Usual shipping time is within 14 business days. 
OTHER: Usual shipping time is within 28 business days.

Please note in some months this may vary due to seasonal demand. If you haven't received your item in 28 days please contact us so we can look into it for you.

Re-shipping charges will be the customer responsibility if an item is returned to us due to customer error. Please see our returns policy for information.
